Lynsie Laughlin joined The Dallas Foundation as Grants Administrator in September of 2012. Working with the Director of Community Philanthropy, Lynsie interacts with grantees and donors to complete processing of Foundation grants and scholarship awards.
Prior to The Dallas Foundation, Lynsie spent 6 years with Foundation Management, Inc. working as Grants Administrator for a number of private foundations and public charities, including the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma and the City of Muskogee Foundation. Lynsie has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Central Oklahoma.

John Morris joined The Dallas Foundation in 2012. He works with the Accounting Manager and CFO handling the day-to-day accounting activities, along with balance sheet and financial statement preparation. Before joining The Foundation, he worked as an Accountant in the advertising and newspaper industry for Tribune Company and CB Richard Ellis, within Commercial Real Estate. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Texas at Arlington.

Genevra Williams joined The Dallas Foundation as Planned Giving Officer and Associate Legal Counsel in December 2011. In coordination with the Director of External Relations, Ms. Williams is responsible for The Foundation's planned giving program and also provides legal counsel to The Foundation. In addition to her legal background, she has several years’ experience in development research for both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
Ms. Williams is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She has a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa and a J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law. Ms. Williams clerked for The Honorable Justice Douglas S. Lang of Fifth District Court of Appeals of Texas, and has published articles in the SMU Law Review and the Journal of Air Law and Commerce.
