Training and support for nonprofit leaders.

The Dallas Foundation is a proud partner of the North Texas Funders Initiative, a three-year partnership that aims to bring leadership development, training, and support to more than 300 nonprofit leaders per year in the North Texas region.

This Initiative was formed to offer leadership development and support to area nonprofit leaders including access to the following RevJen Group programs:

  • R-Squared Peer Groups: Peer Groups created exclusively for nonprofit leaders. R-Squared provides nonprofit leaders with the dedicated time, space, and community to process their most pressing opportunities and challenges in a confidential, professionally facilitated environment, fostering valuable connectivity and support. Applications are Open – Cohorts Forming Now
  • Fuel Series Workshops: Revenue capacity-building workshop for nonprofit leadership teams. Fuel provides the opportunity to align around revenue, develop and sharpen revenue strategy, and build revenue infrastructure while addressing root causes, rather than just symptoms, of revenue challenges. Applications are Open – Cohorts Forming Now

These programs are intended to help leaders thrive, build sustainable revenue models, strengthen the organizations they serve, and lead to better programmatic outcomes. Scholarship seats for both R-Squared and Fuel are offered through this Initiative.
