Built for Fundholders

The Dallas Foundation is pleased to host an online system designed to align with our highest priority: Supporting you on your philanthropic journey. Our Fund Portal – My TDF Login – is built on our industry’s standard, offering a more efficient and intuitive platform for your grantmaking and fund management.

The new portal went live on April 20, 2022. On that date, authorized contacts for funds of The Dallas Foundation received an e-mail with instructions on how to create a custom password. If you are an authorized fund contact and did not receive that email, please check your spam or junk e-mail folder. Please delete this automated email once you have successfully completed this process. The link contained in the email should only be used once, for establishing your initial password.

Getting Started

Our staff has worked diligently to migrate our database and is excited about its ease-of-use and functionality, but we know that any change can be challenging to navigate. As you explore the portal, we anticipate that you may still have questions or need assistance, and we are here for you. To better serve you and to provide the latest information, we have developed a quick-reference guide and additional resources, which can be found below, to support your use of My TDF Login.

Important Steps

1.

Establish Your Password: You will receive an email from sender no-reply@fcsuite.com, with “The Dallas Foundation” referenced in the email’s subject line. Follow the instructions to create a password for your account. Take note of your username (which is your email address) and password as you complete this process.

2.

Access the Portal: To access the portal at any time, simply go to dallasfoundation.org and click “My TDF Login” in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Enter your username and password, and then select the fund you’d like to review.

3.

Take a Look Around The main screen provides an at-a-glance summary of the fund. You will also see the current spendable balance, updated in real-time, an overview of grants and contributions, and the current fund advisors will be indicated just below the balance. Note that each person listed as a Fund Advisor will have similar access to the Advisor Portal.

4.

Use the Portal: Log in to check the balance of your fund, recommend a grant, track contributions and disbursements made from your fund, and access fund statements.

Troubleshooting

Check your Spam or Junk folder for an email from The Dallas Foundation with the email no-reply@fcsuite.com. If it hasn’t arrived within an hour, please email support@dallasfoundation.org so that we can re-send the information you will need to get started.

You can watch our video tutorial above. If you still have questions, please contact Madalene Garcia, Manager, Donor Services & Marketing, at donorservices@dallasfoundation.org. Fund advisors associated with Community Funds should reach out to Christi Saylors, Director of Community Funds, at csaylors@dallasfoundation.org.

The custom URL inside the auto-generated email should only be used to establish your password. Take note of your username and the password you select and then visit our donor portal to access the system at any time.

For security reasons, The Dallas Foundation team does not have the ability to access your password. You can reset your password on the donor portal login page. If you still need assistance, please email support@dallasfoundation.org.
