Felicia Williams serves as the Director of Grants Administration at The Dallas Foundation, where she oversees the Foundation’s grantmaking processes and ensures effective, efficient, and compliant administration of philanthropic investments. She brings more than 15 years of experience in community engagement, corporate philanthropy, strategic partnership, and grant program management.
Before joining The Dallas Foundation, Felicia served as Program Director of Community Affairs for Texas Health Resources, where she successfully managed corporate giving and employee volunteerism for more than 29,000 employees across North Texas. In this role, she also partnered with more than 200 civic and charitable organizations to provide charitable support and leadership on key social issues such as access to healthcare, poverty, economic development, and sustainability.
Born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, Felicia received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Midwestern State University and a master’s degree in corporate communication from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also earned executive education certificates in management from Southern Methodist University and the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship.
In her spare time, Felicia enjoys serving at her church, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two young daughters in Dallas, Texas.
