About Kristin Kaufman, PCC, CLC
Kristin Kaufman is an executive leadership coach, keynote speaker, and founder of Alignment Inc.®, where she helps leaders and organizations achieve sustainable growth by aligning purpose, values, and performance. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across Fortune 50 companies, nonprofits, and healthcare, she brings practical business expertise and a proven approach to leadership development.
Prior to founding Alignment Inc., Kristin held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Vignette Corporation, and UnitedHealth Group, where she led high-performing teams, developed growth strategies, and managed multi-billion-dollar business initiatives. She also played a key role in the New York City Leadership Academy, coaching and training school principals and senior education leaders as part of a citywide reform effort.
Kristin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
