A licensed psychologist and former Chief Clinical Officer at CIS Dallas, Dr. Rose has led efforts to expand mental health services across more than 10 school districts. Before joining CIS Dallas, she spent more than a decade at Momentous Institute, where she provided therapy to families and supervised psychologists-in-training. A sought-after expert on youth mental health, trauma, poverty, and burnout and resilience, Dr. Rose brings a clinical and community-centered perspective to the intersection of education and well-being.
